I would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands on which we meet today, the Ballardong people of the Noongar Nation and pay my respect to Elders, past, present and emerging. I acknowledge the ongoing connection that First Nations people have to the land and recognise First Nations people as the original custodians of this land.
